Cosying up in cotton has never felt so good. Our cotton is breathable, soft and luxurious, our cotton bedding combines a laid-back bohemian vibe with the unmatched quality of this beautiful textile. To ensure the longevity of your cotton bedding we recommend you read below to get the best results.
- Wash prior to use
- Cold gentle machine wash with like colours and fabrics (do not mix with towels or other items likely to leave lint)
- Do not wash with sharp-edged clothing accessories such as metal zippers, buttons and hooks
- Use a mild eucalyptus based detergent (such as a wool friendly detergent – commonly found in the supermarket) that doesn’t contain optical brightening agents to ensure your linen doesn’t weaken or discolour over time
- Fabric softener is not required your cotton bedding will continue to soften over time on its own
- Clean stains as quickly as possible after they appear by gently soaking and washing. Stains that have been left to set will be difficult to remove
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Air dry where possible otherwise tumble dry on low to medium for 15 minutes (do not use the high/hot setting as this will damage the fibres)
- Do not overload the dryer
- Remove your cotton bedding from the dryer while it is still slightly damp and allow to air dry over a bed or railing if you hate ironing as much as we do. This will allow gravity to take care of most creases
- Do not leave your cotton bedding on the clothesline or in direct sunlight for an extended period of time it is susceptible to sun bleaching
- Make sure your cotton bedding is completely dry before storing to prevent dampness and mildew. With the correct care you will prolong the life of your bedding and enjoy it for many years to come!

easiest way to order from Sterling Belle is to purchase via our website
using the options available. Once you have processed your order online,
you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have
been received.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred.
DELIVERY
Sterling Belle offer a flat rate of $14.95 for all orders under $250, express shipping for $18 and FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $250. Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.
New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of $30.
Selected artworks, furniture, cushions and rugs are excluded from this flat rate
shipping. We work really hard to get the best shipping quotes for you,
and you'll be super surprised at how affordable it is! Please feel free
to get in touch for a shipping quote!
Whilst we work super quickly to pack your order, we are located in rural QLD so please be aware that freight times can vary.

PREORDER ITEMS
All
preorder items are clearly labelled and include their approx delivery
date. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that the
entire order will be shipped once the final piece has arrived in store.
If you would like your in stock items prior to the preorder items,
please either process your orders separately or a $9.95 freight will be
charged for partially shipped orders.
RETURNS POLICY
We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund.
- For
a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7
days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds
on sale items. - For an exchange or credit note, you need to
contact us within 7 days and return the item to us within 24 hours of
receiving your Returns Authorisation Number. - Any returned item
must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the
packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not
meet these conditions. - Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $14.95 freight
We
recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning
an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
to us.
- Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
- Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
- Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
- All items must be returned at the expense of the customer
